I had a click and collect order with Sofas and More that was already collected by someone else when I arrived. No ID was requested at collection, which completely defeats the purpose of a click and collect. Any proper click and collect process should require ID specifically to prevent situations like this, even though they do not require it, this should change.

Staff advised that the person who collected my order somehow had the same order number as me. There is no possible way anyone could have accessed that information from my phone, which means the mistake was clearly on their end due to poor internal controls.

Because they could not identify who took my order, I was left with no choice but to buy the drawer again, wasting more of my money due to their error. Very disappointing experience and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend using click and collect here unless they fix their procedures. I still love the drawer I purchased tho lol. Thank You

For the price absolutely amazing can't fault them great and easy for the kids. They're cheaper drawers so not pure wood but for what we paid in this day in age absolutely stoked!! The service was quick and the delivery block was amazing. Could do with possibly do a discount when baught in multi items but over all very happy
