Sofasandmore offers fast and reliable shipping to all of our valued customers New Zealand wide. Our priority is to make sure your products are delivered hassle-free. The carrier will call you in advance to notify you of the envisaged delivery date and time. Please ensure that there is someone present to accept and sign for the delivery and assist the driver. DELIVER IS TO YOUR DOOR ONLY.

Shipping Rates:

All shipping rates to main cities/towns (metro area) can be calculated at time of check out.

We cannot ship any goods without a CONTACT Phone number.

If YOUR TOWN ISNT listed please email us for a quote on info@sofasandmore.co.nz and one of our friendly team members will be happy to help.

AKL metro is within Albany-Takanini-Massey-Howick.

Please note: NO Rural deliveries – we will ship to nearest local freight depot. Rural / Remote customers are recommended to contact our Customer Service Team before making a purchase to discuss local depot delivery…e mail info@sofasandmore.co.nz

We can ship using the following scenarios.

  1. Direct to home – most expensive due to home delivery surcharge imposed by freight companies. All of them have imposed these.
  2. Direct to Business address OR Direct to local depot – no surcharge.

Items < 25kg – sent via Courier Company.

Items > 25kg – sent via General Freight  - most of our items are > 25kg

Shipping Time Frames:

North Island: Approx 3 - 6 working days.

South Island: Approx 4 - 8 working days.

Inspection on Delivery / Depot Pick Up:

IMPORTANT! - All deliveries / depot pick ups require a person present to unpack and inspect the delivery and sign for goods received confirming they are in good condition and free from breakages/damage. It is advisable that you immediately open packages and inspect for signs of damage or defect.

If you are not present and the goods are left by the delivery company unsigned and you find damage don’t open the boxes. Contact us immediately to report the issue.

Please do not sign for the goods unless you are happy with the condition of the items in your order in respect of breakages, damages or defects. IF YOU DO AND THEY ARE TRANSIT DAMAGED THEY CANNOT BE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY.

Requesting a Delivery Date:

We cannot guarantee deliveries for a specific date or time.We can request a day from the delivery company (if reasonable notice given). The delivery company will contact you re delivery or you can in turn contact them.

Collection: FREE

Customer pick-ups are welcome from our Auckland depot at 22 Tui St, Otahuhu,Auckland. Please bring in your purchase order number/reference number for collection.
